Have a question? You can always reach us by emailing  hi@cardwear.co . Please allow up to 2 business days* to receive a reply. If you do not receive a response after 2 business days, please email us again. If applicable, be sure to include your name and order number. Order-specific questions can't be answered via IG DM because they're too easily lost. Please shoot us an email and we'll get right back to you.

 

RETURN POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you receive flawed goods or the wrong size/item, email us within 7 days of receipt, and we will arrange a solution. Please don’t forget to include your name and order number. 

 

WHAT DOES "MADE TO ORDER" MEAN?

We're doing our best to decrease how much we contribute to needless fashion waste by adjusting our processes and producing items after they are ordered. This is a new process, but we've figured out a way to do so without adding major time to the wait for our customers. That being said, we appreciate your patience if it takes an extra day or two before your order ships.

 

TRACKING SAYS "DELIVERED," BUT THE PACKAGE CAN’T BE FOUND

Once a package has been marked as "Delivered," it is the customer’s responsibility. Please contact your local post office to further inquire about the package's whereabouts. They can give you more information. We can only see what you can see on the USPS tracking page. 

 

SHIPPING

Please allow up to 3-4 business days for your order to process. Domestic shipping takes 2-5 days business days, depending on how far you live from Salt Lake City. International shipping can take up to 20 days. International shipping tracking can be spotty. Thank you for your patience.  International customers are responsible for customs and duty fees. 

Ship dates for pre-ordered items are listed in the product page's product description section. Those are estimated dates. We will contact you if the shipping schedule changes from those dates. 

Items returned to us by USPS due to incomplete addresses, or errors will be processed for store credit. Shipping will not be refunded.
